Andreea provides consultancy, assistance, and representation before judicial and arbitral tribunals in areas such as contractual law among professionals, public procurement, intellectual property, tax litigation, corporate law, and labor disputes.
Andreea is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law, University „Nicolae Titulescu” in Bucharest, and seminar leader for Intellectual Property Law and Financial and Fiscal Law courses.
In September 2021, she successfully defended her doctoral thesis in the field of intellectual property, with the theme ‘Acquisition and Loss of Rights over Trademarks, Designs, and Models in the European Union,’ receiving the distinction of Summa Cum Laude (Excellent).
From September to February 2020, Andreea completed a training period at the European Union Court of Justice (Luxembourg) in the chambers of Judge Octavia Spineanu-Matei.
Membership:
- arbitrator and mediator at the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center) in the field of copyright and related rights, representing Romania;
- member of the Board of Directors of the Scientific Association for Intellectual Property Law;
- founding member and Secretary of the International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI) – Romania Group.
