Ciprian is a member of the Bucharest Bar, providing consultancy, legal assistance, and representation in disputes arising from contractual relationships between professionals, medical malpractice, administrative litigation, and intellectual property.
Ciprian holds a Ph.D. in Law, specializing in Criminal Law, with a doctoral thesis titled „Criminal Protection of Intellectual Property”.
At present, Ciprian is an associate professor with a Ph.D. at the Faculty of Law at the Romanian-American University, teaching courses in Real Rights and Family Law.
