Vlad provides assistance and consultancy in the fields of corporate and commercial law, as well as in the capital market. His main areas of practice encompass general corporate matters (corporate governance), commercial contracts, venture capital or private equity investments, increases/reductions of share capital, establishment/transformation of companies, acquisitions/sales of stakes, and elements of the capital market (both for equity and debt securities). Vlad has assisted international and Romanian companies in general corporate issues or specific matters for privately held or publicly traded companies.
With over 8 years of experience, Vlad has covered a wide range of sectors and industries, including financial services, real estate, banking, food, energy, insurance, and investment services. He has assisted clients in various specific corporate or commercial aspects (increases in share capital, establishment or modification of corporate structures at the shareholder or management level, stake sales, and related legal audits, etc.), as well as in capital market projects, such as secondary or initial public offerings (OMV Petrom, Sphera Franchise Group, MedLife) and bond issuances (GDF Suez Energy Romania, Banca Comercială Română, Raiffeisen Bank, Natura Quattuor Energia Holdings, Bucharest Municipality, Patria Bank).
Vlad graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest in 2013 and completed the master’s program in Business Law at Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest in 2014.
Between 2013 and 2021, he worked in the Corporate Law and Capital Markets department at Schoenherr și Asociații, and from March 2021 to June 2022, he was part of the Corporate Law and Investments team at Stratulat Albulescu and Associates
